Interpretation
In these conditions:
The Seller means S.B.P Limited (reg. no 1268689) trading as PlasQuik.
The Buyer means the person named on the order form completed on the PlasQuik website. |

The Contract
These terms together with the order form completed by the Buyer on the website and accepted by the Seller create a legally binding contract. No variation to these conditions shall be binding unless confirmed by the Seller in writing.. |

Price
The price payable for the goods will be as shown on the website at the time you place the order together with any carriage charge as set out on the order form. |

Value Added Tax
All prices shown are exclusive of Value Added Tax. Our VAT No 668 4611 07 |

Payment
Payment will be due upon completion of the order form on the PlasQuik website and acceptance of the order by the Seller. Payment must be made by credit card. |

Credit Card Security
When the order is placed at the PlasQuik website credit card numbers are encrypted using 128 bit encryption and only decrypted after they reach our computer. The information is not held in clear text on the website. |

Delivery
Goods will be delivered in accordance with the timings, delivery address and instructions on your order.
Please note: You are responsible for checking the condition of the goods before signing to accept delivery.
When deliveries take place at a residential address you agree that the consignment can be left at a neighbouring address and we undertake to obtain a signature from a person present at that address acknowledging receipt of the goods. |

Damaged ot Lost Goods
Upon delivery of the goods a valid signature will be required on the delivery note which will confirm acceptance of the product. It is the buyer's duty to check the goods. In the absence of any written notification of damage or loss being entered onto the consignment note at the time of delivery it will be presumed that the consignment has been delivered intact. |

Returns and Cancellations
The buyer may cancel an order before it is despatched or return the goods within 7 days of the seller accepting the order. Notice of cancellation must be given by phone, fax or e-mail to the contact details on the order.
Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not in accordance with the order the buyer must return the goods carriage paid by the buyer. The buyer will be liable to pay a handling charge of 20% of the value of the goods. Refunds less the handling charge will be made by the seller for goods which are within their original packing and fit for re-sale. |

Liability
If the goods are found to be defective or not in accordance with the order the Buyer must notify the Seller within 7 days of delivery. The Seller will arrange to collect the goods at the seller's cost and the full value of the price of the goods and any delivery charge will be refunded to the buyer. The seller's liability shall not exceed the price of the goods and the seller will have no liability for any direct or indirect loss or expense howsoever incurred by or on behalf of the buyer.
This does not affect the buyer's statutory rights as a consumer nor does it exclude the seller's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation or for death or personal injury resulting from the seller's negligence. |

Refunds
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the seller will notify the buyer by email of the value of the refund which will be credited to the buyer's credit card account used for the original payment of the goods. Payment will be made within 4 weeks of the date of the e-mail. The value of any goods returned as defective, damaged or not in accordance with the order will be credited in full. All other returns will be credited as above but after deduction of the 20% handling charge. |

Force Majeure
The seller shall have no liability to the buyer for any failure to supply or deliver or for any damage or defect to the goods caused by circumstances beyond the seller's reasonable control. Such circumstances include, without limiting the generality of the foregoing, industrial disputes, strikes, adverse weather conditions, fire and transportation failures. |

Privacy
Plasquik do not disclose buyers' information to third parties other than when order details are processed as part of the order fulfillment. In this case, the third party will not disclose any of the details to any other third party. |
