How do I find what I want?
To search for an item, either:
- Type a keyword into the search box which appears at the top of every page
- Use the main navigation at the top of the page to take you to the main sections section.
- Click one of the "Browse Categories" links to the left of each main product page to find an item by section

How do I make a purchase?
Simply add the item you want to your Shopping Basket. When you find what you want (or what you might want) click the "Add to Shopping Basket" button on the item's page.
When you've added everything you want to the Shopping Basket, click "View Basket" in the top right-hand corner of the page.
Then click the "checkout now" button to start your purchase. You'll be asked to fill in your billing address (where you want the invoice sent) and your delivery address (where you want the goods sent) - these may well be the same.

You must confirm that you have read our terms & conditions otherwise we cannot accept your order.
Select a delivery speed option
The delivery charge for your order will be displayed on the order summary page just before you submit your order.
Select method of payment
Next, let us know how you want to pay for your order. We only accept credit or debit cards: Visa, and MasterCard. All orders must be prepaid. Please enter the number without spaces or dashes.

How do I return items?
If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition fit for re sale within 7 days of the date you received the item, unopened and we will issue a refund. We can only accept the return of opened items if they are faulty.
You can notify us of your wish to return an item by phone, fax or email.
If the item was damaged in transit
If and the contents have been damaged in transit, you can return the item(s) to us within 7 days of receipt for exchange.
If the item is defective
You have the right to return a faulty item within a reasonable period of time.
If we sent you an item you did not order (an "incorrect" item)
If you find out we've sent you an incorrect item, notify us and we'll send you the correct item as soon as we can.
In the event of Plasquik sending you a replacement for a damaged, defective or incorrect item, you must return the original item to us - at our within 30 days of our e-mail confirming the issue of the replacement item. Provided you return this item to us within the 30 days, you will have nothing more to pay.
